Alpine Walk
Falbesoner Ochsenalm

The very quaint Falbesoner Ochsenalm nestles in a cirque in the Upper Stubai Valley at 1,830 metres above sea level, around halfway between Falbeson and the new Regensburger Hut (2,286 metres). Dairy maid, Maridl Schmid, who took the farm over from her mother and has managed it together with her uncle since 2005, spoils visitors with excellent alpine farm cuisine such as bacon, eggs and homemade “Grau” cheese, butter and cream cheese, “Kaiserschmarren” traditional chopped pancake and original “Stubaier Käsestriezel”.
