Our Tyrolean house is situated in Stubaital Valley and in Neustift / Ausserrain, right next to the Zeggerbrücke. Our house has 1 apartment on the 1st and one on the 2nd floor and is suitable for a total of 12 people. Each apartment is about 90 square meters big and has a balcony. It´s perfect for groups, large families or 2-3 families who want to spend their holidays together. In front and next to the house you will find a nice yard, which you are free to use for playing, relaxing and barbecue. The bus stop is just a 2 minutes walk from the house and the beautiful landscape lake in Kampl with children's playground can be reached within 10 minutes.
