Our family-run Simone guesthouse in Milders, district of Neustift in the Stubaital, is only 200m away from the small Sonnenberg lift. Our apartment in sunny, quiet and central location enables you to spend comfortable holidays with your family without being dependent on your car. Free Wi-Fi is available in the 4-Edelweiss rated apartment and you can enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama from the large balcony. You are accommodated just 2.5 km from Neustift in the Stubaital and 15 km from the Stubai Glacier skiing resort. The quiet situation near the centre with its supermarkets, restaurants and cafes ensures that you reach the same within 2 minutes only. The family-friendly apartment with 4 separate bedrooms is suited for 9 people, furnished in modern Tyrolean style and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. For your children we have a cot and a high chair available. On request there is a fresh roll service in the morning. Alternatively you can enjoy a rich breakfast in your apartment. In our spacious outdoor area with garden and a sunny balcony you can relax, while watching your children discovering the lovingly designed playground with swings, slide, trampoline, many toys and a merry-go-round. The Simone guesthouse in Neustift is an ideal starting point for activities such as skiing in Stubaital’s Schlick 2000 or the Stubai Glacier resort that is also ideal for hiking or mountain-biking in summer. The free ski bus (only 2 minutes away) takes you to the family-friendly Schlick 2000 resort and Stubai Glacier for secure snow conditions. In winter, the Sonnenberg lift, cross-country skiing and hiking trails are right around the corner of our Simone guesthouse. A special attraction for sports enthusiasts is the Sonnenberg lift night skiing and the illuminated cross-country skiing trail. The Elferlifte and the Oberbergtal where you can enjoy a fun sledding ride together with your family are only 3 km away. On request, we provide a free sled. In summer the Gesundheitssee which is 10 minutes away invites you to relax and enjoy the sun. Whether summer or winter, your hosts are happy to share information and tips on climbing and biking in the mountains. Skiing equipment is comfortably available in the surrounding shops. After a full skiing day at Stubai Glacier or in one of the Stubaital’s many other skiing resorts you are welcome to store and dry your equipment in our skiing room. Enjoy your holidays with your family in our Simone guesthouse with exciting excursions to nearby sites such as the Adventure Park in Fulpmes or the Greifvogelpark Telfes.
