The large garden of the guesthouse invites you to recharge your batteries and spend relaxing holidays all year round. Our Höllwarth guesthouse is located on the outskirts of Fügen in the First Holiday Region in the Zillertal. Surrounded by woods and meadows, you will find tranquillity and relaxation when spending your vacation with kids or when enjoying skiing holidays with friends. The centre of Fügen is only about 1 km away and the Spieljochbahn can be reached after a 5-minute walk. With a separate garden entrance, the Höllwarth guesthouse accommodates 6 to 10 people. The spacious apartment features three bedrooms, a living room and three bathrooms. Satellite TVs in every room complete the comforts of the apartment. In two fully equipped kitchens with espresso-maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, you can prepare savoury meals for your loved ones after a long day of skiing or hiking in the Zillertal Mountains. Enjoy your holiday in the spacious garden with loungers right outside the apartment. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, while ending the day with a barbecue in the garden at night. On request, we also offer a fresh roll service. A storage room is available for your skis or bicycles. Summer in the Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region offers varied activities amidst a picturesque setting. Directly from the Höllwarth guesthouse you can explore the Zillertal hiking with family or mountain biking with friends. On holiday with children you are awaited by a large water fun park and a children's climbing garden at the Spieljoch summit station. Thanks to its proximity to the Spieljochbahn our apartment is also ideal for your spending skiing holidays in winter. The Spieljoch family skiing resort offers a training hill for beginners, as well as long descents for professional skiers. With the free ski bus, you can reach the neighbouring skiing resort of Hochfügen-Hochzillertal, where you will also have limitless alpine fun. Other winter activities, such as tobogganing (3 minute walk), ice skating or romantic snowshoeing are on offer as skiing alternatives that will turn your winter holidays in the Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region into a memorable experience.
