Residenz Awen

Welcome to the Stubaital and to fantastic summer and winter activities in Neustift in the Stubaital. Our Awen Residenz is located in the idyllic Neugasteig, at the foot of the Mischbach waterfall. The free ski bus that takes you quickly and comfortably to the Stubai Glacier in 10 km distance stops directly in front of our house. The centre of Neustift is only 6 km away. Our 170 m2 apartment accommodates up to 15 people across two floors and offers plenty of space for memorable holidays in the Stubaital. The upper floor comes with 1 bedroom, a large living room with couch bed, satellite TV and DVD player and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. On the lower floor you will find 3 bedrooms with shower, toilet and walk-in closet and our charming spa with infrared cabin, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. From the apartment you have direct access to a balcony or terrace where garden furniture, a barbecue and deck chairs are available to end summer evenings in style! In the garden your children have plenty of space to play and can really go wild on the swings and the slide. In winter you will surely enjoy our ideal location close to the Stubai Glacier resort. Arrive at the Valley Station quickly and easily with the free ski bus early in the morning, so that you can enjoy the pristine and freshly groomed slopes. At the centre of the valley, just a 5-minute walk away, you have access to the cross-country valley trail that you can either enjoy in classic or skating style all the way to Falbeson or Fulpmes. Sledding fun can be experienced at the Elferlift or even closer to our Awen Residenz. 3 lift operators offer night sledding on illuminated runs. When taking a break in one of the quaint, traditional Tyrolean alpine retreats, you will get to know alpine charm at its best. Only 15 minutes away from our Awen Residenz by car, you will find the impressive Grawa waterfall, an incomparable spectacle of nature. A total of three viewing platforms invite you to take in nature’s beauty there. After a hike to the Sulzenaualm, the Klaus Äuele Kids Park enables your children to take a dip or relax. While your kids have fun on the newly built playground or in the high wire garden, you can unwind and enjoy the harmony and atmosphere of the Stubai Mountains.
