Pasture and Grazing Management on the Sunny Slopes of Fliess Kaunergrat Nature Park is an area of awesome natural beauty and a hub of rare plants and wildlife activity. The Nature Park communities in Pitztal Valley, Kaunertal Valley and in Fliess are dedicated to preserve the pastures and mountain meadows for generations to come. Your help will improve the environment for native plants and animals to call the sanctuary home! The volunteer project on the sunny slopes of Fliess includes field habitat restoration, fencing, building traditionally constructed dry-stone walls, and invasive tree and shrub removal.
