As colorful as summer in Tirol are the activities offered at the Family Tirol Villages where the youngest guests rule. All programs are overseen by trained, caring adult staff and quality of care is at the highest level in all villages. The star of this year’s summer season is Bartl the Mountain Frog : dressed in a red and white checkered shirt, lederhosen and a traditional Tirolean hat, the unmistakable mascot is part of every program.

All regions offer different highlights allowing guests to choose holidays that best fit their interests. Activities include everything from Pirates’ Days on Tirol’s largest lake to action in the best mountain fun parks and exciting rock climbing clinics. But there is also time for family bonding with joint night hikes and many other activities that ensure family fun to the full.

Family Tirol Villages offer a great selection of lodgings in all categories, ranging from farmhouses to apartments, guesthouses, pensions and hotels. No matter which Family Tirol establishment you stay in, the Family Tirol program – taking place five days a week for 12 weeks in summer and fall – is always included in the room rates.
