To find the perfect route is not only a question of geography and orientation, but also a question of extensive information on the quality of the trail. With the special and clear Laufland Tirol guidance system, which includes distance and direction signposts, it is easy to find a trail suiting ones needs. The boards along the trails include information on direction, route length and difficulty (blue = easy, red = intermediate, black = difficult), as well as the route’s suitability for running, fell running or Nordic Walking. Along the route the already conquered km-sections are marked. Nordic Walkers and runners can not only easily orientate, but also easily follow their individual speed and pulse guidelines - according to the results of their medical check-ups – on every Laufland Tirol trail.
