Ropferstub'm Mountain Farm Museum

Ropferstub'm Country Inn in Buchen near Telfs houses a tiny, noteworthy Mountain Farm Museum. A fine collection of some 70 19th and 20th century agricultural implements and artefacts are on display at the historic “threshing floor”, offering visitors glimpses of farm life as it was lived through the centuries. By appointment and for a small charge, interested visitors can watch a short documenting “Mountain Farm Life in Ötztal Valley”, a film by Charles von Brizzi. Ropferstub'm Country Inn offers breathtaking views of scenic Mieming Plateau and serves up finest Tirolese specialties.
