Four Lakes Walk

Get some great exercise as you explore the lofty and rugged mountain world of Ötztal Valley during the Four Lakes Walk (4-Seen Marsch) in Längenfeld.

Departing between 06:00am and 07:00am in Lehn at Längenfeld, this demanding long walk lets avid hikers explore the lofty and rugged mountain world of Ötztal Valley. The route winds across amazingly beautiful sceneries and passes four aquatic jewels. Giving the walk its name, each lake shimmers in the wilderness in a different colour. En route, you will as well pass four lovely Alpine pasture huts and four aid stations where refreshments are on offer. Safety is provided by the mountain rescue team along the entire walk. The long, energetic hike takes about six to eight hours to complete and climbs 1,500 meters.

Entertainment and food are provided for all at the finish area in Lehn. The efforts are rewarded with a Hiker’s Medal. The fastest, the oldest and the youngest hiker as well as the biggest party of hikers will get a special prize.
