Mondrodelbahn Toboggan Run

This floodlit toboggan run in Hochsöll is open only from Wednesday until Saturday between 18.30 and 22.30. The starting point is the bottom station of the cable car in Söll. If you take the eight-man Hochsöllbahn cable car to the top your toboggan run starts at the cable car station and leads along the edge of the piste until you reach the Stöcklalm hut. There, the main section of the 8m wide run begins. This section is floodlit, equipped with snowmaking facilities and also features three info stops showing you lunar phases, the starry sky plus the Pole Star. Those who wish to talk can complete the ascent to the start of the toboggan run in Hochsöll on foot along a trail taking leading past huts, meadows and forests and offering splendid views of the surrounding mountains. The first section of the run down goes through a forest with four turns, followed by tight hairpin corners take you to the Stampfangerbach stream and then through a narrow valley to the end of the run.
