Tandem Paragliding is something that is impossible to describe with words. The views of the mountain peaks are simply breathtaking. While paragliding, you get a "birds-eye" view that is not possible in almost any other way. Fly Zillertal offers 20 licensed and highly experienced pilots who will take you on a flight of a lifetime!
For wheelchair-bound persons there is a separate launch point on Zellberg (1400m). Flights are only possible in good wind conditions as strong up-winds are needed to make take-off easy for wheelchair users. As landing is also done in a seated position, no special adjustments have to be made. Due to wind conditions tandem flights for wheelchair users can only be offered from May through October.
Basic equipment required: warm jacket, sunglasses. No previous knowledge required. Tandem paragliding is available for everyone regardless of age – the oldest passenger was 92 years old – or ability. Min. weight: 20kg, max. weight: 120kg
