Haus Aradira in Kappl

Aradira in Kappl in Paznauntal has an open feel to it, and the floor-to-ceiling windows afford an abundance of light and hard-to-beat views of the surrounding mountains. The use of natural materials – the floors are made from slate, the walls and ceilings from larch wood and trimmings from pure felt – reminds guests of Nature’s presence.

Rifugio in Galtür consists of two panorama apartment houses, the Falisia and the Vatellina. The Falisia boasts 4 spacious double rooms; the Valtellina has 5 double rooms and 1 multi-bedroom, and easily sleeps 15 to 20 guests. The houses’ modern design and beautiful wooden floors combine to create a simple elegance that is both warm and welcoming.

Haus Pezid in Serfaus

Most of Pezid Apartments in Serfaus have a Chill-Lounge, an elevated little glass cube inside the room which affords magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. In some apartments space is maximized with double-sized beds that can be stowed away underneath the Chill-Lounges – hidden during the day, the bed is quickly available at night.

The new CHI-Q Apartment House is nestled against the Butterfly Slope in Kaunergrat Nature Park in Kauns. The three light-flooded apartments – one is 45-square meters in size, the others 85 square-meters – are rented by the week. The meadow in front of the house is almost like a precious piece of furniture.
