Our guest house is located in the quiet district of Brunnfeld - in a few minutes you can reach the center of Oetzer and the valley station of the Acherkogelbahn. The well-known AREA 47 is only about 5 km. You can experience numerous other outdoor activities (canyoning, rafting, climbing, biking, ...) in Oetz and the Oetztal. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped shared kitchen. Furthermore, our Zirbenstube is also available as a lounge. Parking spaces and storage facilities for bikes/motorcycles are available.
