The Schweizerhof-kitchen team led by Thomas Zelezny will spoil you together with guest chefs Johann Egger, Philipp Stohner and Stefan Lenz – three big names on the Tyrolean culinary scene.
Johann Egger, formerly head chef at the Schweizerhof, now inspires students as a specialist teacher at the tourism schools in Wilden Kaiser and is a dedicated trainer in the Tyrolean Chefs' Association. Philipp Stohner, 2018 World Chef Champion and President of the Tyrolean Chefs' Association, is shaping the next generation of top chefs as training manager at WIFI Tirol. Also on board is Stefan Lenz, ‘Chef of the Year 2015’ and head chef at the Casino Restaurant Falstaff in Bregenz, known for his sophisticated combinations of sweet and sour flavours. Together, they have created a very special Advent menu – festive, creative and full of flavour.
