Your senses will awaken as she reveals her secret knowledge: How to achieve the perfect fluffy Kaiserschmarrn?
You have the opportunity to embark on an extraordinary journey in this workshop. Together we will prepare this sweet sin, share the secret of the fluffiest taste, and savor this enjoyment together.
Registration: until Wednesday, 5:00 PM at the information offices or online
Meeting point: Thursday, 09:45 AM at the seminar hut at Filzalmsee Hochbrixen
Access by foot, bicycle, or gondola possible - about 10 minutes on foot from the Hochbrixen mountain station
Cost: € 25.00 per person (lift ticket not included | special price with payment confirmation € 15,-)
Payment: CASH payment in advance, directly at the tourism office Brixen im Thale - present the booking confirmation before the workshop starts (also when purchasing lift tickets at the cable car station)
Duration: approx. 1 hour
Participation: from 12 years
