The Nassereith “Schellerlaufen” is one of the oldest and most vibrant carnival traditions in the Alpine region.
Every three years, this Tyrolean village turns into a stage for powerful masks, handcrafted wooden facepieces, mystical rituals, and elaborately decorated floats.

On Sunday, 1 February 2026, experience a living tradition that is part of the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage – full of energy, authenticity, and deeply rooted community spirit.
