Tour of the Niederkaseralm, dairy farm Kelchsau
For centuries milk from alpine pastures has been processed into cheese, butter and yoghurt at the Niederkaseralm. Experience the original way of food processing and see how man and animal spend their summer side by side in harmony on the alpine pasture. Thanks to the lush, rich grass pastures and the exquisite alpine herbs the cows produce the finest milk which is processed into the natural high-quality products the Niederkaseralm is known for. A delightful day is guaranteed! At the Käsiade 2023 and the Almkäse Olympiad in Galtür 2024, the Niederkaser Alpine Dairy was even crowned the winner.
