Our house is a family-run bed and breakfast that has been awarded with four “Edelweiss”, a seal of quality given by the Tyrolean Association of Private-Room and Holiday-Flat Landlords. Our house offers 5 comfortable double rooms each with shower/WC, satellite TV and balcony. In the summer season you can use our gazebo, the sunbathing lawn and garden loungers and end the day comfortably. We offer modern, comfortable facilities in our house, as well as a rich breakfast buffet.

IN WINTER: Whether you want to ski, toboggan, cross-country ski or just enjoy the winter landscape, a rich breakfast buffet offers the right start for each day. We also offer a cozy lounge with a tiled stove and satellite TV for socializing in the evenings. In the immediate vicinity, the ski areas of Hochzeiger, Pitztal Glacier, Rifflsee and Hoch-Imst are available for you to have fun on the slopes. The free ski bus takes you to the nearest ski area, Hochzeiger. Bus stop right in front of our house.

IN SUMMER: Our town of Arzl, at the beginning of the Pitztal, is ideal for day trips of all kinds. The central location in the region leaves almost no holiday wish unfulfilled. Mountain hikes - easy and demanding tours, Nordic walking, mountain biking, rafting, canyoning, swimming in lakes or swimming pools, summer tobogganing with the longest Alpine roller coaster in the world, and bungy jumping are all possible.
