From the couch in the living room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Kitzbühel Alps. The apartment has underfloor heating, if you want to have it cuddly warm, you can even heat the oven in the living room as you wish.

By car to the ski lift Jochberg Waagstätt approx. 5 minutes.

Ski bus Station is a 7 minutes walk
