Our 3 apartments are only a few steps away from the village center of Oetz and make a perfect starting point for all nature fans and sports enthusiasts. Both in summer and in winter you can take the nearby mountain gondola (approx. 500 m) to the skiing or hiking area of Hochoetz. Beautiful and easy hikes start right on our doorstep, for example to lake Piburger See, Wellerbrücke bridge or lake Habichersee. Cyclists and mountain bikers will also find a direct connection to the perfectly developed Ötztal cycle trail as well as many other exciting tours for all ages and skill levels. Restaurants, shops, pharmacy, ski bus stop are within walking distance.
