The family-managed Ferienhaus Zillertal that was newly constructed in 2011 is quietly and yet centrally located in Stumm in Erste Ferienregion Zillertal! In direct proximity you will find everything you need to spend relaxing holidays. Our holiday apartment in Stumm welcomes you with a unique panorama view of the Zillertaler Alps. Shopping facilities, restaurants and a bus stop are right around the corner. The free ski bus to the nearby Hochzillertal - Hochfügen skiing area stops directly in front of the house and takes you to the Hochzillertal valley station within 3 minutes only. Our roomy and light-flooded rooms all come with a balcony or a terrace and are equipped with shower and a separate WC, satellite TV, radio, sitting corner and free Wifi. Relaxing moments promises the free use of our sauna in winter. A ski room with ski boot dryer and the possibility to park your vehicle at the private parking lot free of charge are additional features. Apart from numerous bike trails and hiking paths, the village of Stumm in Erste Ferienregion Zillertal also offers a marvellous leisure pool world. Use the morning hours for mountain or valley hikes and cool down in the leisure pools of Stumm afterwards; you can reach it from our house in 10 minutes on foot. Therme Fügen is your bad weather alternative offering fun, activity and relaxation. The spa area with sauna there is the ideal place to relax and can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Erste Ferienregion Zillertal is a paradise for our winter sports fans. The Hochzillertal - Hochfügen skiing area offers fantastic runs, is equally popular for its many après-ski possibilities and only 3 minutes away from our house by car. Make the most of the winter at Erste Ferienregion Zillertal and enjoy the weekly night skiing or the off-the-piste parties in one of the many après-ski bars. After a skiing day filled with activities you can also pamper yourself here with us in the Ferienhaus Zillertal. Our spa oasis offers you a sauna, infrared cabin, brine shower, jacuzzi, hay bed and a generous relaxation area. The use of our spa area is of course free of charge for our guests.
