Our farm and holiday apartment in the Zillertal offers you ideal starting points for activities in your family vacation. Only 3 minutes away by car, you can reach Schlitters’ bathing lake and the free ski bus that takes you to the skiing areas of Spieljoch and Hochzillertal-Hochfügen only 500 metres away. You reach the centre of Schlitters, where you will find a baker, restaurants and shopping possibilities within 3 minutes.

Recreation, relaxation and sufficient space for 2-8 people is offered in our 120m2 apartment. The accommodation comes with ground floor access, two double, a three-bed room and a modern box-spring couch that can be used as a bed. A fully equipped kitchen with a cosy sitting corner and satellite TV, two bathrooms with WC and the lovingly designed alpine style living room invite you to feel at home.
After a day in the Zillertal Mountains, you can have a wonderful barbeque on the terrace or enjoy the last sun in the garden, while your children play in the sandpit. During your stay Wi-Fi, parking as well as a storage room for your skiing gear or bicycles are freely available to you.

Enjoy the central situation of the holiday apartment in Schlitters in summer and discover the Zillertal’s numerous leisure facilities. Right here you can hike to the Schlittererberg or Maria Brettfall or explore the Zillertal by bike. The nearby Achensee or Reintalersee Lakes can be reached after 16 minutes by car. If you are into culture, we recommend trips to the silver town Schwaz (11km away), the state capital Innsbruck (42 km) or the fortress of Kufstein that you can reach after 30 minutes.

In winter, the Spieljoch skiing area that is only 8 minutes away is ideal for family skiing. With the free ski bus that stops only 500 metres from the Knabl guesthouse, you can discover 89 kilometres of slopes at the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing area only 12 km away. In poor weather, the Erlebnistherme Zillertal thermal spa that is 7 minutes away offers slides and wave pools as well as a generous spa & wellness area.
