Lovely holiday house located above Oetz in a quiet and panoramic setting, overlooking the valley and the mountains. We are proud of a big number of regular guests who appreciate our friendly and attentive service and the genuine Tirolean hospitality. Our garden is just perfect to relax and unwind while soaking up the sun. The village center, shops and restaurants is within easy walking distance (approx. 15-20 minutes). In winter: close to the family-friendly Hochoetz ski area (approx. 1,5 km). The ski resort Sölden is about 40 minutes away bay car. In summer families enjoy the WIDIVERSUM on 2.000m altitude or the lake Piburgersee.
