Dear guests, dear accommodation seekers! Our private guest house is located right in the heart of Zillertales- middle of the Alps! We, the family Rieser, operate on a small hill of Zell am Ziller a small private guest house with 3 double bedrooms, 1 triple, 1 single room! So a maximum occupancy of 10 people. All multi-bed rooms have a large balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The house has a large züger lounge with fridge, crockery is free to use and satellite TV where you can stay in the evening and in the morning you extended breakfast will be served. There is no cooking facilities in the home, you can but as I said the fridge and utensils you use to prepare Cold evening what to eat. Unfortunately, the rooms are with shower and toilet on the floor but once there is a bathroom with tub and toilet, and even a very spacious shower with toilet (which is why we are with the prices slightly lower)! So it fall to 10 people once a bathroom with bath and even a bathroom with shower. You stay with us for about 2 minutes outside the town of Zell am Ziller in a quiet and idyllic location where we can guarantee you a great view, and yet they sin in a very short time in the village, ski-lift, at the station, ...... -Living in peaceful surroundings with stunning views but still not far away "from the shot"! Here are some important distances: • About 700m ski bus stop (down the hill) • About 2 km, ie 10 minutes and 2 minutes is the center of Zell am Ziller • About 3km from the valley station of the cableway next Zillertal Arena We very much look forward to welcoming you at our welcome and of course to serve you a house burnt Welcome drink (burned by landlady Anneliese).
