Welcome to our three holiday apartments,“no Dreizehn“ "Dorfpub" and "Am Platzl"!
Our three houses are located right at the heart of the Stubaital, in Neustift. The Stubaital allows you to gather unforgettable holiday impressions, both in winter and summer. Our three facilities „No Dreizehn“"Dorfpub" and "Am Platzl" are situated right in the centre of Neustift. The free ski bus that takes you to the Stubai Glacier or the Schlick 2000 skiing area stops just a few metres away. Pizzerias, good traditional restaurants and supermarkets can all be reached within a 300-metre radius. The sledding and hiking area around the Elfer is just a 5-minute walk away from our apartments. Sledding at the Elfer is not only possible during the day as the sled run there, which is one of the longest in Tyrol, is also illuminated at night. Enjoy our proximity to our alpine capital of Innsbruck and the many shopping opportunities there. You can the city centre with all its attractions after a 25-minute drive only.

Our three apartments accommodate 6 to 10 people and are held in cosy Landhaus style. The Dorfpub holiday apartment offers 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a south-facing balcony as well as 1 twin and 1 single room. All rooms offer the comfort of a private bathroom with shower / WC. A spacious living room with access to the balcony invites you to spend time and cook together with friends or family. the  dorfpub is 2 floors under the appartment and each saturday(only winter!) there is a dj till 03.00 and it is very laud

The "Am Platzl" holiday apartment comes with 2 spacious double and 1 triple room as well as with 1 twin bedroom and a balcony. There are 2 bathrooms with shower / WC on offer as well. After a day of skiing or hiking in the Stubai Alps, you can enjoy the evening together with your friends and have a nice dinner in your beautifully decorated living room.

The no Dreizehn appartment comes with 2 spacious tripple rooms and two twinbedrooms and a a big balcony with barbecue. There are 2 bathrooms with shower/Wc on offer as well.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. Since high-quality accommodation is very important to us, our three houses are non-smoking facilities.

Enchanting walks and exciting mountain tours can be started directly from our apartments „No Dreizehn“ "Dorfpub" and "Am Platzl". The Stubai Glacier is Austria’s largest glacier ski areas and guarantees winter fun without limits. Over 100 km of wonderful slopes and 24 modern lifts allow skiers, carvers and snowboarders to experience the best of Tyrol. The Schlick 2000 is the second largest skiing area in the Stubaital and can be reached within 10 minutes using the free ski bus. The Schlick 2000 offers 25 well-groomed slopes, a snow-secure valley descent, as well as quaint mountain huts. Don’t miss out on a fast-paced sledding night on one of the 4 illuminated sled runs in the Stubaital!
