Our holiday apartment "Am Winterhaus" is located in Vorderlanersbach - very sunny and quiet - a bit above the village. The name "Am Winterhaus" descendes from the parents' farm, which is called Winterhaushof! The "Winterhaus" as been built as the first house in Tux!
Feel good in a passive house built of wood with pleasant living space ventilation. The bedrooms and living rooms are permanent supplied with fresh air from the pleasant living space permanent ventilations! Your holiday in the passive house is also a contribution to the enviroment protection. A passive house needs only the tenth part of the heat energy in comparsion with a standard house!
You can enter the ski slopes (valley descent to Eggalm) directly at our house and so you spare the worrysome search for a parking place at the bottom station of the ski lifts. Choose either the descent to the Eggalm lifts or to the Rastkogel lifts for an entrance in the ski area Zillertal 3000.
