Apart Susi nestles in the center of Huben - right next to our main Gästeheim Anna where you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet.

There are two apartments for 6 persons or the entire guesthouse as a holiday home with large common room and kitchen.

In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, a bakery, the Ötztal Fun Park for families and a walking school. The Ötztal Cycle Trail, climbing gardens and the Tirol's one and only thermal spa - AQUA DOME in Längenfeld complete our offer in summer. In winter you can reach the top ski areas of Sölden (approx. 10 km) and Gurgl (approx. 20 km) with the free skibus shuttle that stops at only 50 meters from our house. Winter walking trails and cross-country ski tracks start at approx. 100 m behind the house.
