Ski in Ski out - Ski-optimal in Kaltenbach, ski resort Hochzillertal. It is hardly more comfortable and exclusive. The new, small and fine apartment house "Apartklusiv-Kaltenbach" is located next to the valley station Hochzillertal and redefines winter enjoyment and summer recreation from the winter of 2018/19.

The three apartments were built in alpine-modern style. Particular attention has been paid to the use of high quality and natural materials. Wooden elements provide a distinctive cosiness, design and architecture for lunacy. The highest quality is offered by the exclusive boxspring beds. Accessibility and allergy-friendliness are further cornerstones of the integrated concept.

All apartments have at least one bedroom, a shower / WC and a large kitchen each. The sizes of the units vary from 45 to 55 m2. A lift leads to all floors.

A free e-car charging station, e-bike charging stations in the ski room, and parking - directly at the house and the surrounding area - are given. The Wi-Fi is also free.

As a warm, native host family we know many insider tips and gladly pass them on to our guests.

Restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. The train station is only 500 meters away.

The town of Kaltenbach is surrounded by the picturesque backdrop of the Zillertal Alps. Beautiful hiking trails and varied mountain bike and e-bike routes allow varied tours. The Zillertal Golf Course is just 4.6 km from the Appartementhaus. Lovingly created bathing lakes and swimming pools are within a radius of 15 km. Adrenaline junkies ensure unforgettable moments in canyoning, rafting, tandem flight, flying fox and many more activities.

In winter, the sporting heart beats faster: skiers and snowboarders have fun in the attached Hochzillertal ski area (89.7 km of slopes) or in the surrounding ski areas, such as the Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofener Bergbahnen or the Hintertuxer Gletscher. Also for sled fans, cross-country skiers, skaters and winter hikers there are a variety of options. Certified mountain and ski guides allow sporting experiences in the untouched nature - for example, during freeriding or ski touring.
