Welcome to the apartment house Ederegger in Ebbs! Our family friendly apartment house is situated in a calm, but also central location with a gorgeous view over the Kaiser mountains. Our house has 6 cozy apartments with balcony and satellite TV. Free parking. Not far away you will find the famous Haflinger stud Fohlenhof Ebbs and the rarity zoo Ebbs. Directly from the house leads great hiking and biking trails. Easy walks and hikes can be arrived as well by foot as extreme climbing. You can relax on our lawn with children’s playground directly next to our house or, you visit the leisure centre "Hallo Du" in Ebbs (just 5 minutes to walk) with its great open air pool and the sauna and spa area indoor. Lots of swimming lakes are within a radius of only 10 km. In winter you will find lots of leisure activities to start just in front of the house as well. In case of enough snow you can join the cross country slope directly at the house. A winter walk in fresh mountain air or a sleigh ride through a snowy winter landscape are as funny as some ice skating or curling at the leisure centre Hallo Du. Skiers will find great slopes in the nearby family skiing areas Zahmer Kaiser - Durchholzen or in Oberaudorf - Hocheck with its great night slope. And also for a funny toboggan ride you have lots of possibilities. For nature lovers the two nearby lakes Hechtsee and Walchsee invite for ice skating and hiking. The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, the largest inter-connected ski area in Austria can be arrived in only 30 minutes by car (possibility of free skiing bus).
