The house is directly beside the Alpenrosenbahn gondola station and the cross-country ski tracks. In summer it is the perfect departure point for beautiful hikes, cycling tours and E-bikes tours in the Kitzbühel Alps. The open-air swimming pools and golf course are within close proximity.
