Our guesthouse is located in the hamlet of Lehner-Au near Längenfeld, a new settlement in the center of Ötztal not far from Längenfeld's restaurants and shops and only 16 km away from the Hochoetz ski region or the top ski area of Sölden. In summer, walking or hiking paths, biking trails and wonderful climbing routes start right on your doorstep.
