Welcome to apartment house Osterauer. Our apartment house was completed in 2016 and is situated in a quiet location in the centre of Erl. The four lovely designed apartments in different sizes are all furnished with a kitchenette and a balcony. Our apartment house is located in the middle of a green meadow with a view to the “Kaisergebirge”, the emperor mountain range (Zahmer and Wilder Kaiser). It is an ideal starting point for hikes or mountain tours as well as biking and cycling tours (near the Inn valley cycle path) where you can then refresh yourself either in Erl’s outdoor swimming pool or in the numerous surrounding lakes. Also the Passion playhouse and the festival hall can be reached by foot within 10 minutes. Cross-country skiing trails, sledding runs, ice skating, night skiing and an indoor swimming pool are in close proximity. We thank you for your interest and look forward to receiving your booking.
