Welcome to the Osterauer Apartment House! Our apartment house was completed in 2016 and is located in a quiet area in the center of Erl. The 4 lovingly designed apartments of varying sizes all have a kitchenette and a balcony. In the midst of a green meadow stands our apartment house with a view of the Kaiser Mountains (Zahmer Kaiser and Wilder Kaiser). It is an ideal starting point for hikes or mountain tours, as well as cycling or mountain biking tours (near the Inn Valley Cycle Path), where you can refresh yourself afterwards in the Erler swimming pool or one of the many surrounding lakes. The Passion and Festival House is also just a 10-minute walk away. Cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs, ice skating, night skiing, and an indoor pool are all in the immediate vicinity.
