Welcome to our apartments, immerse yourself in all that the Stubaital has to offer in every season. The location of our apartments offers an ideal starting point for these experiences. Whether it's mountaineering, hiking, biking, walking, cross-country skiing, skiing, tobogganing, swimming, playing and much more. No matter whether you come alone to recharge your batteries and unwind or as a couple or family to enjoy time together: you are in good hands in the Stubaital and with us!

And if you want something really individual: with "Earla - Around the Mountain" we create an experience for you that no one else has - including an ascent of the Seven Summits.

Your apartment - your holiday home - is located in picturesque Milders, a district of Neustift. Milders is only 2 km away from Neustift and is therefore a little closer to the glacier. An ideal starting point for a perfect day of skiing or hiking and of course much more:
-The Stubai Glacier is only about 15 km and 20 minutes away and is easily accessible in winter with the free ski bus. The ski bus stop is 3-5 minutes away from your flat.
-Winter and summer you can also reach all other skiing and hiking areas from this bus stop: Elferlifte (Neustift), Schlick 2000 (Fulpmes), Serlesbahnen (Mieders). Want to go cross-country skiing in the evening? No problem. You can join the cross-country ski run directly behind the house. And that also in the evening. The track is illuminated
-You can set off on the most beautiful hikes and bike tours directly from your holiday flat and simply leave your car at home.
-Directly in Milders, just a few minutes' walk away, there is a very special wellness pool: the Stubai Valley Health Lake. It offers all kinds of things for children and adults: cross gyms, panorama carousel, foot massage bar, the legendary calorie staircase, flying fox approx. 200m long, wellness baths, bio sauna, brine tub, fireplace, massages, therapies on request, health programme. And for the little guests: own paddling pool and children's pool in the lake, playground, bouncy castle, trampoline, volleyball, flying fox and much more.
-A supermarket is within walking distance (3-5 minutes)
-Restaurants, ski rental and sports shops are in the direct vicinity and can be easily reached on foot.
-Other shops, restaurants, bars, doctors and the post office are in the Neustift district, which is only 3 km away.
-The provincial capital Innsbruck is approx. 25 km away and is definitely worth a visit.

In summer, the Stubai is included in the price. With this card you enjoy many advantages such as free use of all mountain railways in the Stubai, free travel on the buses and the Stubaitalbahn, travel on the summer toboggan run and much more.

As a guest in our house you can feel completely at ease. After an active day full of experiences and unforgettable moments in the Stubai mountains, you can expect a lot of cosiness in our holiday flats to rest, refuel, cook, sit together, freshen up and of course sleep. The two flats offer living spaces of 70-90 sqm from 4 to 8 people. Both flats are equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living/dining kitchen. We also offer you much more:
