A warm welcome
Our house is central situated, but still at a very quiet and sunny location in the heart of Lermoos. Hiking and biking trails are starting right in front of our house, also the ski slope is only a few minutes' walk away. The beautiful garden invites you to relax and to enjoy the sun and the breathtaking mountain panorama.
Parking spaces and WIFI are of course available to our guests free of charge. In winter, you will receive exclusive discounts at the family-owned ski rental shop Hofherr in the Hotel Alpenrose (https://www.skirent-lermoos.at).
