Our house is located only 7 minutes from the center of Zell am Ziller, in a quiet sunny location surrounded by meadows and forests and is an ideal starting point for active summer and winter activities. Rest and relaxation you can on our balcony, our terraces and in our large lawn enjoy (barbecue in summer) .We offer a daily bread service and have a ski room with electric boot dryer. In about 6 minutes you are at the middle station of the Zillertal Arena, the largest ski area of the Ziller Valley, which with the free ski bus, which stops in front of our house, reach (thus no long waiting times at the base station).
