The good, sunny location of the house is the ideal starting point for many hiking and mountain tours on the Kitzbüheler Horn or in the Kaiser Mountains, as well as for extensive bike tours in the idyllic surroundings of the Kitzbühel Alps.
In winter, just a few meters from the house, the 250 km cross-country network begins; The surrounding ski areas such as St. Johann in Tirol, the Steinplatte in Waidring, the Skiwelt, the Kitzbühel ski area or the Fieberbrunn - Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area offer pure Joy of Skiing.
