Our cosy and modern chalet opened doors in winter season 2017/2018. Two comfortable appartments offer relaxing winter and summer holidays in the Tirolese alps.
The central location in the heart of Kappl is the perfect starting point for all ski- and hiking areas of the Paznaun valley (See, Kappl, Ischgl, Galtür). The slopes of the skiresort Kappl you can easily reach by a 3min walk. The free ski shuttle bus is just around the corner. The Silvretta Ski Arena Ischgl you reach within 15min by car or shuttle bus.
Next to our chalet you find a ski rental shop. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bar, bank and doctor are withing walking distance.
