Our City Apartments were completed in 2020 and are located in a central location in the city of Schwaz.
Our apartments are handed over contactless.
Our rooms are all equipped with free wifi.
In a few steps you can reach everything you need for daily needs.
The public outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance, the ski bus stop is nearby and the Schwaz train station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
The surrounding area offers a variety of activities. The Achensee like the Zillertal and also Innsbruck are not far away. Whether hiking, skiing or sightseeing, everything possible in the area.
Our apartments are equipped with a starter parquet. This consists of 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 garbage bag as well as dishtowel and cloth.
Parking spaces are limited and must be requested and reserved in advance.
The cost of the garage is EUR 7.00 per night.
Public parking spaces are within walking distance.
House rule:
We ask you to leave your flat tidy after departure, the dishes should be neatly put away in the cupboard and the fridge should be empty. The rubbish room is located in the basement. The rubbish is disposed of separately here.
