Our house is located in a beautiful calm location between green and offers a fascinating view to the Wilder Kaiser-mountains, to the Hartkaiser and to the village of Ellmau. The center of Ellmau is in walking distance (about 5 minutes). In the winter we are the ideal starting point for skiing (distance ski pistes only 2 minutes per foot), the cross country slope starts directly in front of our house. In the summer there are many activities in the region like hiking, biking, playing golf and many attractions to see. We offer for our guest an own garden, garage, room for skiers and boots.
