Spend your vacation in our original Tyrolean Pircher-Maes Apartment in Telfes, at one of the sunniest places in the Stubaital. Our listed and beautifully restored building dates back to the year 1635, is quietly located and, thanks to its favourable, sun-exposed situation, offers of a beautiful view across the Stubai Alps. After a 2-minute walk you reach a supermarket, the traditional village inn and the stop of the free ski bus that comfortably takes you to Stubai Glacier and the Schlick 2000 resort. Our local skiing area, the family-friendly Schlick 2000, can be reached from our Pircher-Maes apartment within 3 minutes only. The stop of the Stubaital train that takes you to the alpine city of Innsbruck along lush meadows and typical Tyrolean villages is equally just a 3-minute walk away from our Pircher-Maes apartment. You can also get fresh and local produce from the adjacent organic farm. Our bright apartment accommodates 2-5 people and is furnished in cosy Tyrolean Landhaus style, combined with modern amenities. The apartment offers a separate entrance, 1 or 2 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and a charming living area with comfortable seating. The large wellness bathroom with comfortable shower invites you to relax. On request, we are happy to provide a fresh roll delivery service. You enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains in the Stubaital from our bench. The sunny garden grants a magnificent panoramic view of the Stubaital at breakfast already. End a warm summer evening after an eventful day together with your family by having a BBQ or simply relax on our lawn. Younger guests can enjoy the garden with climbing tower, slide, children’s pool and swing. We are happy to provide a cot, high chair, stroller and a tricycle to your children. Enjoy idyllic walks through the snowy forests in Telfes or experience the perfectly groomed slopes at Stubai Glacier and Schlick 2000 that will turn your winter holidays in the Stubaital into an unforgettable experience. In summer, our apartment is the ideal starting point for wonderful walks, mountaineering and mountain biking as well. In the summer season we even offer free bikes to you and your children. The high wire garden and the summer toboggan run in the neighbouring villages of Fulpmes and Mieders guarantee pure joy.
