Situated at 1200 meters above sea level on the Kerschbaumer Sattel, you have an unobstructed view of the Zillertal, Inn valley, as well as the Karwendel and Rofan mountains.
Tobogganing, hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside the front door.
The valley station of the Reitherkogelbahn 8-seater gondola with direct access to the Alpbachtal/Wildschönau ski area with its more than 100 kilometres of pistes is 15 minutes away by car; the mountain station is only 15 minutes' walk away.
Adventure playgrounds, catered huts and a small reservoir are within a walking radius of 30 to 45 minutes.
