Magnificent views of the Kitzbüheler Horn, Wilder Kaiser, Loferer & Leoganger Steinberge. The ski area Saalbach-Fieberbrunn is 15 minutes by car. Ideal for hiking, relaxing, ski touring and mountain biking. Cosy bright apartment with wonderful views of the mountains and direct access to the garden. Barbecue facilities. Spacious eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Two bedrooms. Cellar with ski stand. Underfloor heating. No television on purpose - enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view! We also deliberately do without a capsule coffee machine to avoid garbage. There is a French press and an Italian espresso machine in the kitchen.
