The holiday apartment is located away from traffic, in a unique location direct on the Zahmer Kaiser at 600 m above sea level. Hiking trails to the Kaiser mountain range, Vorderkaiserfelden, Ritzau alm, Aschinger alm, St. Nikolaus church etc. start directly behind the building. The secluded yet central location means that you can reach the village centre of Ebbs in just 5 minutes by car, where you can find various supermarkets, bakeries etc. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children. No dogs permitted because deer are regularly seen near the house. Walchsee and the Zahmer Kaiser ski area in Durchholzen can be reached in 10 minutes, Chiemsee and the Skiwelt Söll - Scheffau in 30 minutes.
