Haus Ferdinand

You will find our holiday apartment in the basement at 1170 m altitude in a very quiet location in the midst of a wonderful mountain landscape between flower meadows and idyllic forests in the grandiose Leutasch valley.

The approximately 40 square meter apartment has space for 2-3 (max. 4) people, has a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. There is also the sofa, which can be used as a third/fourth bed if required. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly on request. A room for cross-country skis with a waxing station is also available, and in summer there is a  bicycle garage available. There is also a parking space for your car.

There is a farm shop nearby where you can buy fresh milk, eggs, yoghurt and much more. About 800m away there is a small very well stocked grocery store for everything else. In summer you can relax in the unspoilt landscape on unforgettably beautiful walks, hikes and alpine hut tours, cycle through the alpine paradise of Gaistal or the Karwendel mountains and refresh yourself in the clear mountain lakes in the area.

Directly in front of the house you can get into the cross-country ski runs, a uniquely beautiful experience due to the level of the high valley. On site you have the option of receiving a free cross-country skiing ticket, which you can use for the duration of your stay on the cross-country skiing trails in the region Seefeld. Over 245 km of prepared cross-country trails (skating and classic) for different requirements and needs are available to you.

The popular ski tour to the Rauthhütte can also be started directly from the house.

The apartment has a large, covered patio with seating and dining facilities and the garden. A barbecue is also available.

Satellite TV and W-LAN is available for free use.
