WINTER:
The ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are only about 5 minutes walk from our house. So is the bus stop, where our ski buses will also take you to the nearby ski areas in Ehrwald and Lermoos for free! The ski area in Biberwier is ideal for families!

SUMMER:
We are an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain bike tours.
