Relax in our comfortable holiday home. We offer you pure rest for the best time of year in our spacious and comfortable apartment, in the best location in Seefeld, Tyrol. The house was built in 2007 in the original Tyrolean style – “Kranebitter style”. It offers you a very comfortable apartment for 4 people. The house is on the Reitherspitzstrasse 863 directly opposite the Golf Academy, with a direct entry into the cross-country ski run. Even the ski region “Rosshütte” can be reached quickly. The center and the train station is just 3 minutes away.

Whether you are traveling alone, in pairs or with the whole family – we offer something for every individual desire for the perfect apartment.

The House

The modern but cozy apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, microwave, freezer, etc). From the small kitchen bar you can enjoy the Alps. The living room is furnished with sofa and a cozy dining area. A large flat screen TV, radio and CD -and DVD player with USB-connection are naturally available. In addition, the flat has two comfortable bedrooms each for two people and each have a TV. The modern bathroom has a big rain shower, large washbasin and toilet. The spacious entrance hall with wardrobe and guest WC stresses occur at the comfort of the apartment already. The built-in closets offer plenty of space for your wardrobe. A centrally controlled under floor heating provides comfortable warmth.
Of course, includes a terrace with garden furniture, beach umbrella and one parking space for your car to the offer.

If you need a cot or high chair for your little ones you will get it for free. Just let us know. Bed linen and towels are part of the equipment. The heated "ski room" has plenty of room for exercise equipment. A garage can be offered for extra cost.
