In winter, the valley ski run of the Salvista gondola lift passes right by the house.
Only a few minutes' walk away (approx. 200 m) is the valley station of the Salvista gondola lift, your direct access to the ski area the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental.
Directly at the gondola station there is the Intersport Okay sports shop which also offers, for example, a bike rental and a ski depot.
The Wilder Kaiser mountains offer numerous excursion options and activities for both winter and summer.
