Our house is located between Kühtai and Gries, surrounded by alpine meadows and forests at an altitude of 1,640 metres above sea level. We offer two spacious apartments for up to eight people. You can start ski tours and hikes directly from the house thanks to the many wonderful routes in the area. A bus stop is located about 100 metres away. In summer, there is a free hiking bus and in winter, a free ski bus.
