The flat house St. Martin in Seefeld in Tyrol - a country house with style and taste!
Surrounded by lush green meadows and a wonderful mountain panorama, our house is situated very quietly but not far from the shot. Without any ascent you can reach the centre of Seefeld in only 10 minutes on foot, where restaurants, cafés and shops with Tyrolean hospitality are waiting for you.

The flat house St. Martin has one 2- and two 3-room flats for 1-6 persons. The tastefully furnished holiday flats with one or two bedrooms, furnished in Tyrolean country house style, offer free WLAN and their own sunny balcony or terrace. The kitchens are equipped with all necessary utensils so that there are no limits to your culinary skills. For breakfast you can order fresh bread on request. Our own colourful garden can be used by all guests. The bus stops for the free ski and village bus are only a few minutes' walk from our house. You can park your car during your holiday on our covered car park.

A summer holiday under the sign of nature. Whether hiking, mountaineering, cycling, swimming or golfing in Seefeld, all this awaits you on our doorstep. As a golf partner company, a reduction of approx. 35% is available to our guests at the Seefeld-Reith Golf Academy. Enjoy a summer holiday full of adventure with the whole family and go on a voyage of discovery through the impressive landscape of the Region Seefeld.

For your winter holiday, the Region Seefeld offers you an extensive cross-country skiing area, winter hiking trails and snowshoe tours of every level of difficulty, horse-drawn sleigh rides through snow-covered forests or perfectly groomed ski slopes with rustic refreshment stops. After a cold winter's day, take advantage of the reduced admission with guest card to the public indoor swimming pool in the "Olympia" in Seefeld.
